Who is winning, and the move
Casagrand published 50 posts between 11 August and 12 October 2026, mostly Vastu guides, legal-term explainers and house names in Malayalam and Kannada, written for buyers still searching. Radiance Realty leads with a delivery record, listing its last ten projects as handed over on or before the committed date, and prices Solitaire in Madhavaram openly at Rs 7,999 per sq ft with a progress update dated September 2026. Urbanrise reported more than 250 reservations in the first seven days of a pre-launch window in Thirumazhisai, and has run five Chennai buyer-advice posts between 22 July and 29 September.

Appaswamy ran a weekly magazine series from 16 June to 14 July, ending with an essay for long-time house owners moving into apartments, and its index shows nothing newer. Ramaniyam's 16 October post on Anantiya, Adyar dates its planning permission (2 April), building permission (13 April) and RERA certificate (27 May), yet gives no price or possession date; the Rs 2.45 crore figure for a 2 BHK appears on a property listing site instead.
The opening
Our read is that proof here is already shown, not just claimed: Radiance sets its last ten projects' committed dates against their completion-certificate dates, and Appaswamy prints certificate numbers and dates on its Chennai ready homes. Radiance keeps the same record while building, Solitaire's June 2028 completion date and monthly progress since April 2025, so a newcomer can match that half from launch and stand apart from Ramaniyam, whose Anantiya page gives no possession date. That turns the risk a buyer takes on an unfamiliar name, a late handover, into a promise they can watch being kept.
