A newcomer in Shopify and ecommerce build agencies: three things worth knowing

Who is winning, and the move

Three agencies are each working to be found, in different ways. ControlF5 leads its homepage with a Clutch ranking of number 60 and a free AI visibility audit, lists starting prices from $1,500 for a starter store, and on 16 October published a nine-fix guide to low average order value with a free consultation offered alongside. Ask Phill, a Shopify Plus Platinum Partner in the Netherlands, published a hands-on review of Shopify Canvas on 7 October, six days after Shopify said Canvas launched. NOIR & BLANCO published a Kerala best-agencies list on 30 September that ranks NOIR & BLANCO first.

The nearest competitors

Two nearer rivals show how loosely their proof is stated. Vyomco of Ahmedabad calls itself "The AI-First Shopify Partner Agency" and claims 50+ Shopify and Plus builds, while its Clutch listing says founded in 2026, with no reviews. Meetanshi's homepage claims 4.5 on Trustpilot, where its page shows 4.2 from 105 reviews, the latest dated 23 September.

The opening

GRM's read: ControlF5 and NOIR & BLANCO both rank themselves first in their own best-agency lists, and each publishes a named case that stops halfway. ControlF5's BREO BOX case gives before and after figures for ten metrics but no time period, and its homepage shows two different order-value uplifts, 60 and 20 percent, for Katkare; NOIR & BLANCO's Lucira case gives a three-month period with percentage gains and no starting figures. A newcomer can win by publishing the whole of one result, a named store with its starting figure, end figure and period, because a buyer who sees agencies rank themselves first will trust a result that can be checked over a ranking that cannot.
