Who is winning, and the move
Eugenix Hair Sciences and DHI India each made a dated move worth noting. Eugenix opened its fifth centre in India, its first in Bengaluru, on 24 September 2026, inaugurated by Karnataka's Chief Minister with more than 130 LED hoardings across the city for the launch. DHI India announced in a press release dated 7 October 2025 that it was the first hair transplant clinic in India to receive NABH accreditation, and published ten blog posts between 15 July and 14 October 2026.
The nearest competitors
Two moves from the nearest competitors are worth watching. AK Clinics is working the overseas patient: four country-targeted posts ran between 13 and 20 October 2026, aimed at NRIs and at patients in Canada, the UAE and Australia, while its homepage claims an 87% graft survival ratio and over 95% success with no study behind either. Medispa's blog has no post newer than 5 May 2026, and its Trustpilot page shows 4.6 from 26 reviews, the newest from 16 January 2026.
The opening
Our read is that the opening sits in the headline figures. DHI's 97% graft survival, AK Clinics' 87% and Alloroots' above 90% appear on their homepages with no study or sample beside them, and Eugenix's reviews page gives a 4.8 Google rating with no review count. AK Clinics does publish single cases with graft counts and one-year photographs, and Eugenix links its co-founders' 2013 published study of 29 patients, but none of the four puts a sample behind those figures, so a newcomer that names the patients, the follow-up period and the result behind every number it quotes gives a wary buyer something to check that those figures do not.
